1. It is forbidden to test the voltage between DC motor control board, rubber PLC safety input point and ground wire

2. Before operating the frequency converter, please read the manual attached with the frequency converter in detail

3. When the winding machine is in normal use, regularly check whether all connecting parts of the machine are loose or fall off. If any, be sure to fasten them

4. It is forbidden to move or remove the upper and lower fixed limit blocks

5. The rotary table of winding machine shall be operated in clockwise direction (according to the actual operation manual if there is any change)

6. It is forbidden to stand or stack any object under the membrane system

7. It is strictly prohibited to reach inside or put in other objects when the roll of the film system is rotating, so as to prevent injury to fingers or objects

8. It is forbidden to extend your hand near the chain for maintenance or inspection or other operations to prevent hand injury during operation

When the winding machine is running, the operator shall stand at a safe place at a certain distance from the turntable. When the working process of the machine is finished and stopped, the operator shall be close to the machine to prevent the goods from scattering and hurting people
