Power supply: the rated voltage of the winding packaging machine provided by our company is single-phase AC220V, 50Hz. The stability of the voltage is very important for the long-term use of the internal electrical components of the machine. The stable voltage can protect the inverter, PLC, etc. the general design capacity is ± 10%, and the voltage stability is required to be within ± 5% in order to effectively protect the durability of the equipment. The power socket should be absolutely in good contact. Poor contact will increase the voltage and current loss of the plug, causing voltage instability and even fire. If the winding machine is used in a fixed place, it is recommended to cancel the plug and fix the power cord directly under the electrical switch.

The power supply adopts single-phase three wire system. The ground wire ensures the leakage safety of the machine and effectively eliminates the power clutter interference. It is necessary to provide reliable live wire, zero wire and ground wire, and connect them correctly according to the instructions of the machine. If the machine moves frequently, the voltage must be measured each time the power supply is replaced and the power wire must be connected according to the correct connection method. As a small power single-phase power supply machine, it is easy to be affected by the nearby high-power equipment, especially the high-power motor, as far away from these equipment as possible. The power transmission line will produce electromagnetic field, and the winding machine should be far away from the high-power transmission line.

Regularly check the normal use of the motor blades and ensure the smooth air inlet of the blades. Since the self cooling controlled by the frequency converter is heat dissipation, it can't operate continuously for a long time under the state of 30 Hz. Please adjust the machine parameters to ensure that the motor can be used above 30 Hz under the normal state. The operating environment shall be 0-40 ℃, the supercooled environment will make the reducer grease viscous, and the overload protection of the frequency converter will be caused due to the excessive load when it is used. If it is necessary to operate in the low temperature environment, it shall not exceed - 15 ℃ and replace the reducer grease below 0 ℃. When the ambient temperature exceeds 40 ℃, the temperature rise of the motor shall not exceed 40 ℃. At this time, the hand touch motor will have burning sensation, which is normal.

It is recommended to check that the connection between the motor reducer and the motor mounting plate is firm every 6 months. In the early stage of film feeding DC motor, special attention should be paid to the wear degree of the motor carbon brush, and the remaining part should not exceed 2 / 3, which should be replaced in time; when the cause is caused by ignition and burning of the collector ring, the motor will be scrapped.

After the parameters of the machine are set by technicians according to the actual needs, try to ensure that they are not changed, so as to ensure the consistency of the winding packaging effect. The rotary table is supported by nylon idler, not exceeding the rated bearing capacity of the machine.

When placing workpieces on pallets, handle them with care as much as possible. It is recommended to replace tugs every two years for long-term use of supporting rollers. When replacing, replace all of them. Some of them are more likely to cause damage to tugs. Due to infrequent use, the replacement time can be extended appropriately according to the inspection conditions. Continued use of damaged supporting rollers will cause deformation of tray loading and affect normal use.
